Johan Antlov
Chief Growth Officer, HappyFresh Group
Johan Antlov is Chief Growth Officer of HappyFresh Group, Southeast Asia’s leading online supermarket. Headquartered in Indonesia, Johan is responsible for the overall growth of HappyFresh, overseeing marketing and growth functions across three countries. Prior to joining HappyFresh in June 2015, he was Managing Director at Lazada Group, which is pioneering e-Commerce across Southeast Asia. Before that he was Global Operations Director at Rocket Internet GmbH, which is Europe’s largest incubator of innovative online companies.
Johan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Warwick – Warwick Business School.
Ricci Wijaya
HR Business Partner (Indonesia), ByteDance (Tik Tok)
Ricci Wijaya heads the HR team in Indonesia for ByteDance, the tech powerhouse behind highly successful apps like TikTok and Douyin. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed end-to-end talent management processes, developed numerous policies related to employee compensation and benefit, and has been involved in massive HR projects. Before joining ByteDance, his experience includes working for companies like AirAsia Digital, Gojek and Samsung Electronics.
Ricci was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship from the UK government in 2015, and holds a Master’s degree in Creative and Media Enterprises from the University of Warwick.
Tiffany Irianto
Product Marketing Manager, Gojek
Tiffany Irianto currently supports the growth of Indonesia’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in her role as Product Marketing Manager at Gojek. She does this by extrapolating merchants’ insights, designing user acquisition marketing strategy and spearheading initiatives for GoBiz, a merchant solution app by Gojek. Prior to that, she worked for Bukalapak to increase the Virtual Products adoption rate by strategising ROI-efficient marketing campaigns.
Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Warwick.
